Best Dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Shamoon and her staff were excellent from beginning to end. They have great personalities, answered all of my questions, explained everything that was going on with my teeth and were very patient. Appointments were easy to schedule and I loved receiving text/e-mail notifications which I could add to my smartphone calendar. I've been going to Dr. Shamoon for the past 7 years and I have never had a problem. I will continue to go for all of my dental needs. Sadly this review only goes up to 5 stars...I'd easily give her and her staff 10+.

I did not like the dentist and avoided it at all costs until I was referred here over 10 years ago by someone who loved this dentist. I have been coming here since. Best dental care by far. They are all so knowledgable and explain everything in a way that I can understand. Now I tell people that they are crazy if they dread the dentist. I have never left there in pain regardless of the treatment. I can’t say enough about this place.

What an excellent team! This was my first visit to a dentist in TOO long. I felt no judgement and they were very, very patient with my anxiety. They ended up having to do a lot of work for the time planned for my appointment but they got it done and still took the time to be gentle and comforting. I have more than a few issues and every single step of the fix was explained in detail with all options considered. After being with my previous dentist for 25+ years I have no doubt I made the right choice for a new one and I am in good hands.

So I have a story to tell. I’m been truly terrified of the dentist since I was a kid. I had a traumatic experience when I was younger and I’ve avoided dentists at all cost. Well I’m now 32 and my tooth broke really badly a few weeks ago. The pain was instant and I was truly panicked. I did some research in the area and Dentistry with a Snile had great reviews, but more importantly, reviews said “they took my fear of the dentist seriously and helped me thru the process”. From there I had the confidence to call and schedule an appointment. They did a full extraction and where beyond nice to me. They never made me feel bad for acting like a baby lol. They explained everything in detail, made sure all the Novocain was working and I was in no pain at all. They where so generous and truly made the experience great!. Also… I felt legit no pain. None. It was a bunch of worrying for nothing. So thank you guys. All of you. Mary Anne and Jessica and Lisa and the Doctor and front office ladies. Thank you thank you thank you. You have earned a lifelong patient ❤️

On my most recent visit I had broken a tooth and they actually scheduled me the same day to provide me with a temporary crown and filled an adjoining tooth that we initially thought would need a root canal. Fortunately Dr Shammon was able to save the tooth for me...all of this done during her lunch hour ! Amazing, friendly, and caring! I was in town recently while traveling and cannot thank this team of professionals enough. I was concerned about my filling that popped out during Covid and being away from my normal dentist but they were amazing! Squeezed me in and fixed me up at a reasonable price all while taking incredible Covid preventative measures. I highly recommend this dentist! Thank you!!!

Went there today for an evaluation on a broken and infected tooth and she truly put my mind at ease in a way no dentist or doctor has before. A truly genuine person who actually cares. I ended up needing an extraction and even with no dental insurance i didn’t end up paying an arm an a leg. I expected to pay double what i did and on top of her wonderful personality i have to give 5 stars! I can say I’m no longer afraid of the dentist 🦷

I relocated here and I found them with a simple google search, and I am so glad this was the dentist I chose! From the moment of my first phone call to see if they accepted my insurance to the moment I ended up in a chair - I experienced exceptional service, communication and they made me feel comfortable immediately. Moved from Boston to Fall River an didn't really trust the health care services in the area untill I made an appointment with Dr Shamoon I had my first root canal an her an the staff made my experience very comfortable an easy they go above an beyond for there patients I would highly recommend
